Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have married on 08.10.2018 against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 7. Thereafter, FIR No.346 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 IPC was got registered against respondent No.2 at Police Station City Rajpura and the police has arrested petitioner No.2. The custody of petitioner No.1 has also been taken by respondents No.4 to 7. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail all other legal remedies available to the petitioners.
