Through this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner-Satpal @ Satti, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 264 dated 27.10.2018, registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties. Learned counsel for the complainant fairly conceded that the matter has been compromised in between the parties. He has no objection, if, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is released on bail.
