**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (In brevity "CPC") has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.922 dated 01.11.2013 under Section 506 IPC, Police Station Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all possible pleas available to the petitioner before the learned trial Court during the course of trial.

Permission is granted.
