Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 6 to 12 by conducting fair and thorough investigation/inquiry after registering case against them on the basis of complaints (Annexures P-2 and P-3).

Learned State counsel submits that after enquiry, FIR has been registered against respondents No. 6 to 8, 11, 12 and one Mahant Karan Dass. During investigation, no incriminating substance was found against respondents No. 9, 10 and 12, therefore, they are not booked in the FIR. In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of, as grievance of the petitioners raised in this petition has already been redressed.
