This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide cross case report no. 29 dated 12.01.2017 under sections 324, 323, 34 IPC and section 326 IPC added later on at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.
Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 17, 2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated January 17, 2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
