***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.127 dated 09.11.2017 under Section 384 IPC at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated December 04, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated December 04, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
