**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied in case this Court alters his prayer with a prayer that whenever petitioner is called to join the investigation, such investigation should be completed qua the petitioner in one day or at the most two days, for the reasons that he has to travel from Maharashtra and it is extremely expensive and uncomfortable for him to undergo such a long journey. The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(i) As and when the petitioner is required for investigation, the investigator shall give him 15 days prior intimation to join the investigation on specific dates. The investigation shall not exceed two days and at most three days and that also on a stretch.

(ii) Furthermore, the investigator shall not use third degree method against the petitioner and shall behave in a decent and respectful manner.
