# Report dated 18.05.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Kuldeep Kaur, Kamaljit Kaur, Hakam Singh and Paramjit Singh as well as the accused persons namely Arshdeep Singh, Gurjit Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Gurpiar Singh, Jaswant Singh, Gurjinder Singh alias Ginda, Gurmeet Kaur, Manpreet Kaur alias Shabbo, Khushpreet Kaur and Manpreet Kaur, the Court has shown its satisfaction that though one of the accused namely Ravinder Singh has not come present to make statement as to the compromise, RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.14 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court

  

  however the compromise Ex.AB has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a case of version and cross9version, the fact that parties belong to the same very village and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in $%&' %'()* +&+, -'.&/&'0&'+),1  "2#  "1%3%'&4#25 and $6-47%'0,1 %'()&'0+),18* +&+, -'.&/&'0&'+),1  9 "5#   "1%3%'&4# ! the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.125 dated 04.09.2013 registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana under Sections 323/324/427/452/506/148/149 IPC against the present petitioners except Ravinder Singh along with all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
