This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in CWP-10995-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed the compliance report by way of affidavit of Jiwan Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Ludhiana, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the payment has since been made and hence he does not wish to press the present petition.
