In view of the fact that trial is fixed for final disposal i.e., at the stage of defence and arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

This petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case the trial is not concluded within a period of 45 days after the receipt of a certified copy of the order.
