In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to forthwith suspend/cancel the insurance surveyor's licence issued to respondent No.4, under the Regulations 23 and 24 of IRDAI (Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessors) Regulations, 2015. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.1 to decide the complaint sent through e-mail dated 22.10.2025 (Annexure P-14), in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the complaint sent through e-mail dated 22.10.2025 (Annexure P-14), by the petitioner within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.

Registry is directed to supply a copy of the order passed by this Court to respondent No.1 for compliance.
