As per allegations, petitioner being a Numberdar was one of the attesting witnesses identifying the owner (Lilawati) while execution of sale deed 2144 dated 19.9.2012 before Sub Registrar,Kalka. It is alleged that whereabouts of Lilawati are not known and the sale deed was got through impersonation and petitioner alongwith others is involved in running a racket of preparation of false sale deeds.
Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.
