MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court Mr. Luvinder Singh Sofat, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
