Petitioner has inter alia challenged the letter dated 20.11.2025, Annexure P-14, whereby a representation submitted by him has been decided by the District Town Planner, Faridabad (Planning). Petitioner has also sought a direction for restoration of Sectors 42-43 dividing road in Faridabad, between Gate No.10 to 15 of Green Field Colony, Faridabad. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents.
