 This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 31202 of 2019 where relevant directions were to the following extent: -

Learned counsel for the respondents has not filed any reply but has stated that on the last occasion i.e. 21.05.2025, it was his submission that an amount of Rs.37,38,785/- has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in response submits that details of the said amount have not been provided to him. 4.

This Court disposes of this petition with a direction to respondent No.1 to furnish details of various heads under which the amount of Rs. 37,38,785/- had been worked out to enable the petitioner to assess as to whether the amount received is correct or not? 5.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revisit the Court in case the amount so paid by the respondents is found to be deficient.

No costs.
