(Oral) This order will dispose of aforesaid four petitions as the prayer in all these petitions is made under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 132 dated 29.07.2014 for offences under Sections 307, 380, 356, 323, 451, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana.

The occurrence took place on 29.07.2014 and the three persons were named. They were statedly accompanied by so many other persons and named persons, namely; Rimple @ Sonu, Aminder Singh and Jasbir Singh @ Jaggi attacked the complainant party. Rimple @ Sonu and Jasbir Singh @ Jaggi have already been granted regular bail by this Court vide orders dated 31.03.2015 and 25.11.2014 passed in CRM-M-8721 of 2015 and CRM-M-38578 of 2014, respectively.

There is one injury on the person of complainant Sanjeev Jindal, two on the person of Rajeev Jindal, one on the person of Subhash and two on the person of Ashok Kumar, which are all found simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioners are forming dreaded group of looters and there is likelihood of petitioners extending threat to the witnesses. Aminder Singh-petitioner in CRM-M-5872 of 2015 is in custody since 04.08.2014, Jagwinder Singh @ Tonny-petitioner in CRM-M-7337 of 2015 since 17.09.2014, Gaurav Kumar @ Sahil-

-3petitioner in CRM-M-8092 of 2015 since 05.08.2014 and Ganesh Kumar-petitioner in CRM-M-9157 of 2015 since 28.10.2014 and it will take long time in conclusion of the trial. The case of the petitioners cannot be differentiated with the case of co-accused who have already been granted bail. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petitions are allowed and the petitioners be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

In the circumstances of the case, it is desirable to observe that till the eye-witnesses are examined by the trial Court, extra caution will be observed for taking care of their safety. The District Police Chief is directed to look into the aspect. May 15, 2015 ( R.P. NAGRATH ) jk JUDGE
