Accordingly, respondent Nos. 5 to 8 are impleaded as party in the present petition.

Amended memo of party is taken on record.

Main case The grievance of the petitioners is that the marriage of petitioner No. 3 and respondent No. 4 was solemnized in the year 2013. Thereafter, F.I.R No. 137dated 26.12.2014 under Sections 452/323/427/148/149 IPC was registered against the private respondents and others for causing injuries to the petitioners. A complaint was made to DSP GAURAV 2015.02.26 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. 6463 of 2015 in/and Crl. Misc. No. M-5876 of 2015 -2Sub Division Mansa against the present petitioners to pressurize the petitioners to get the earlier matter compromised. Thereafter, petitioners filed CRM-M-4313 of 2015 in this Court, which was disposed of on 09.02.2015 by giving direction to SSP Mansa to decide the representation dated 16.01.2015 filed by petitioner No. 1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Thereafter, the police are now calling petitioners time and again, they are being called on 09.02.2015 by the police and are being pressurized to get the matter compromised. A representation dated 16.01.2015 has been given in this regard (P-2). Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to give 7 days prior notice, as contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C, in case, petitioner or his family members are sought to be investigated in any complaint/enquiry pending with the police.
