NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned senior counsel contends that it has wrongly been observed in the order dated 7.2.2015 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, that the petitioner Sukhminder Singh @ Loggar, gave Kirch blows in the abdomen of Aman Singh. He further submits that, in fact, the petitioner was attributed an iron-rod blow on the person of Aman Singh. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach the Court of Session once again for rectification of the averment mentioned in the impugned order and for decision of the bail application afresh.
