The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.32 dated 19.01.2021 under Sections 498-A, 304, 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Bhiwani Sadar, District Bhiwani. 2.

Custody certificate dated 16.05.2023 of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today. The same is taken on record. 3.

After arguing vehemently for some while, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
