(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.190 dated 21.09.2006 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.7, District Ludhiana. From the perusal of order dated 24.09.2018 (Annexure P-4) of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, petitioners do not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. Therefore, instant petition is dismissed. Petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court positively within a week and move their bail application before the trial Court.
