  2  '/&/ Vide order dated 16.07.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

3 )(') ) ' !  !  2   the petitioner had joined investigation and was not required for any further investigation.

It is the case of respondent No.2 that the petitioner alongwith co-accused, even after getting the ad interim pre-arrest bail, caused injuries to respondent No.2 and his brother and had threatened them to arrive at a compromise, failing which they would be murdered. A perusal of the inquiry report dated 23.11.2021 filed in CRM-M-30010-2021 would show that the aforesaid assertions of causing PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.20 04:08 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRM-M-27461-2021 /2/ injuries and threatening respondent No.2 by the petitioner after the grant of ad interim pre-arrest bail, were found false and the said complaint had been consigned to the record.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 16.07.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. CRM-27748-2021 In view of the order of even date passed in CRM-M-274612021, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
