Thereafter, on the adjourned date, i.e. 10.03.2025, a written request for adjournment was filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter is now listed for hearing today; however, despite the lapse of nearly one year, the aforesaid order dated 11.02.2025 has not been complied with till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that he has no instructions from the petitioner regarding compliance with the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by this Court, and that the petitioner has not been forthcoming despite repeated requests made by learned counsel. 4.

Keeping in view the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further.

The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed. 7.
