(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.65 dated 17.04.2022 registered under Sections 387, 506, 212, 216 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

On instructions from ASI Mohan Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, orders dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
