The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of an appropriate order or direction respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2023 (Annexure P-6). 2.

Counsel for the UT, Chandigarh submits that the matter relates to Punjab, because of lack of jurisdiction with Union Territory, matter was sent back to Punjab. 3.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the concerned Officer. 4.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
