**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 5 dated 14.1.2016, registered under Sections 376(2), 506 IPC and Section 3 of SC/ST Act, Women Police Station Bhiwani.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 10.2.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
