Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, Police Station, Samdhaur, District Sangrur, submits that the charge-sheet against the husband of the petitioner, who is a proclaimed offender, has already been presented before the learned Judge, Special Court. He further submits that the petitioner is also facing trial separately in the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, case. However, he submits that at present the petitioner is not required by the police of Police Station, Samdhaur, District Sangrur, except the case pending against her. He also submits that the petitioner shall not be called to the police station without exhausting the legal process.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage. So ordered.
