Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) to transfer the investigation of FIR No. 7 dated 29.1.2017, registered under Sections 279 & 304-A IPC at Police Station Balongi to some higher authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representations dated 19.2.2017 & 26.9.2017 (Annexures P2 & 3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S.Nagar, Punjab, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S.Nagar, Punjab, is directed to look into the representation dated 26.9.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law.
