RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 74 dated 01.10.2018 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station Shahpur Kandi, District Pathankot. On instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.10.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
