Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.429 dated 08.12.2021, under Section 66 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 506 of the IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471 and 201 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Saran, District Faridabad. 2.

In compliance with the order made by this Court on 09.05.2024, the learned State counsel has filed reply, on affidavit of Bhartendra Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Faridabad, which is taken on record. 3.

CRM-M-23212-2024 counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within ten days from today and thereupon, if she makes an application before the latter for grant of bail, the latter shall decide the same most expeditiously, but, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the opposite party.
