!"# $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Chand Singh in Criminal Complaint No.39/14 instituted on 20.11.2013 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sonepat.

qua challenging the order dated 10.12.2014 declaring him a Proclaimed Offender however, reserving his right to file fresh petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging that very order. Allowed to do so.
Mr.Parminder Singh, Advocate representing the petitioner submits that in compliance of the orders of interim bail dated 01.05.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail which is not controverted by learned State counsel as well as learned counsel representing the complainant.
In view of the aforesaid and in the light of orders passed earlier, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.05.2015 is made absolute and the instant petition stands disposed off accordingly.
