R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 10 dated 01.02.2015 for offence under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Chhotu Ram submits that petitioner has joined the investigation on 18.03.2015 and is stated to be no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 12.03.2015 is made absolute. The petitioner shall also abide by the restrictions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
