The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.99, dated 18.07.2021, registered under Sections 380, 457 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on account of the fact that the petitioner stands acquitted. 3.
