Petitioner is stated to be working as a Typist. Allegations against him are that he helped in preparation of forged documents on the basis of which fake birth certificate was obtained. It is contended that there is no iota of evidence with the investigating agency to connect the petitioner with the offence and nothing is to be recovered from him.

At this stage, Mr.Gaurav Dhir,DAG Haryana has put in appearance and states that in the investigation, name of the petitioner has surfaced as one of the touts operating in this area for the purpose of RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.02.10 16:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 4762/2016 securing fake birth certificates. It is further submitted that another FIR No.152 dated 4.10.2014, PS Brara involving similar allegations stands registered. It is thus,submitted that for effective investigation, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

In the light of stand of prosecution, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
