"# "$ "% #&#" **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 01.09.2018 passed by respondent No.2, vide which the juniors to the petitioner i.e. respondents No.4 to 23 have been promoted to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Sanskrit in HES-III (School cadre) w.e.f. 08.08.2018. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that vide order dated 03.09.2020 passed by the Additional Director Administration, Haryana, the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of TGT (Sanskrit) w.e.f. 08.08.2018 in HES-III (School cadre). He, thus, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has duly been redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. He, however, submits that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order.
