In a connected petition i.e. CRM M 1385 of 2016 a direction has been issued to the trial court for conclusion of the trial within a period of three months, after the next date of hearing fixed before it, as 10 prosecution witnesses out of 16 have already been examined. The petition is disposed of and it is ordered that in case the trial is not concluded by the trial court within three months, after the next date of hearing fixed before it, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to its satisfaction.
