(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 3 to investigate case FIR No.0023 dated 07.04.2016 registered under Sections 447/427/434/147/148 IPC at Police Station Chattiwind, Amritsar Rural in a free and fair manner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rashpal Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that in aforesaid FIR cancellation report has been filed in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar on 24.11.2018.
