The application is allowed, as prayed for. Reply filed on behalf of respondent no.4 along with documents Annexures R-1 to R-19 (colly) is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Criminal Misc. No.M-47004 of 2018:

Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents no.4 and 5, as they are extending continuous threats to the petitioner to eliminate her and her family members.

Pursuant to order dated 18.11.2019, Mr. Chander Mohan, IPS, D.C.P. Gurugram is present in Court. He has submitted that in the FIRs ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.11.21 14:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-47004 of 2018 -2Annexures P-3 and P-4, untraced reports were prepared. However on the basis of representation made by the prosecutrix to the Commissioner of Police, the matter has now been referred to Women Police Station, Gurugram and in this manner, the matter is under investigation. He has assured this Court that investigation in the case will be completed in all probabilities within one month from today.

Accordingly, no further order is called for in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of.

However, in case the petitioner still apprehends any threat to her life and liberty, she will be at liberty to file an appropriate representation to the concerned police authority who shall consider the same objectively.
