(Oral) As per the affidavit of the Managing Director, Haryana Roadways Engineering Corporation Limited, Ambala, a speaking order dated 04.09.2023, has been passed and the petitioner is promoted to the post of Superintendent w.e.f. 08.10.2008 with all consequential benefits with interest @ 8% will be paid to him.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the payment will be made to the petitioner within a period of 04 weeks from today. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
