(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, Women Police Station, Palwal, submits that this petition for quashing of FIR No. 0003 dated 12.01.2016 under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Palwal, has been rendered infructuous as petitioners No. 1, 2 and 4 have been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 13.09.2017. Petitioner No.3 was found innocent during investigation and was not proceeded against. A copy of the judgment dated 13.09.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palwal, produced in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions.
