(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to ensure fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.196 dated 04.08.2021, registered under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Ranvir Singh, submits that in the present case, there are total 10 accused, out of which 3 have been arrested and qua them challan stands presented, 3 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court and qua the remaining 4 proclamation warrants have been issued. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
