Dated Police Station Sections 01.03.2024 City Rohtak 506 IPC, Section 3(1)(X) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 and Section 25 of Arms Act The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the preparation of cancellation report which has yet to be filed on the grounds of unfair investigation, seeking directions for transfer of the investigation in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Counsel for the State on instructions submits that the investigation has been completed and now the cancellation report is prepared and the same will be filed shortly. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that cancellation report is yet to be filed and untill the matter is sent to Magistrate, further investigation may be ordered. 4.

In the opinion of this Court, the purpose would suffice if the concerned SSP also verifies the cancellation report and in case he is not satisfied he may order for further inquiry and in case he is satisfied, he may proceed further in accordance with law. 5.
