(Oral) As per the stand of the State, after getting instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh, that the police upon completion of investigations has filed cancellation report in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura on 5.12.2018. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition, however, reserving the rights of the petitioner to rake up all these pleas in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
