The petitioner herein is a tenant. Despite the decision of the connected cases, the revision petition was kept pending as the matter was challenged before the Supreme Court which has already been decided. In the connected cases, the order of ejectment has become final. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Rent Controller. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
