In view of above, Principal Secretary, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab, who is Member of Board of Governors of the Institute is directed to dispose of the property of the institute in order to pay the amount to the petitioners along with the petitioners in CWP No.2786 of 2023 4.

Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
