(ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 2 dated 8.1.2019 under Sections 420, 406, IPC and later on added Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Division No. 2, Pathankot. At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpreet Singh, submits that the petitioner has been released on bail by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class on 5.10.2019.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
