The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 83 dated 25.05.2021, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (Sections 4,5, 6 of Prize Chit and Money Circulation Act, 1978 and Section 76 of Chit Fund Act, 1982 added later on), registered at Police Station City Morinda, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1) alongwith all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. 3.
