Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that despite the report holding the private respondents guilty by Tehsildar, Dharam Kot, the police has failed to register the FIR. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach learned Area Judicial Magistrate for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
