Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.58 dated 09.06.2016, registered under Sections 353 and 186 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

Learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that he stands convicted vide judgment dated 02.06.2023 by the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa. 3.
