(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.6 to 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Hisar, is directed to look into representation dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order.
