  This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.159 dated 17.07.2022, registered under Section(s) 418, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners have already been acquitted by the trial Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
